Recipe of Corn Paneer Capsicum Masala

Corn Paneer Capsicum Masala

Ingredients:
100-150 g Paneer (cut in cubes/pieces)
50-60 g boiled corn
4-6 tsp fresh cream
30-40 g chopped coriander
2-3 chopped capsicum (preferred in cube shape)
2-3 g chopped tomatoes
8-10 g Pallavi’s Garam Masala
10 g Pallavi’s Chilly Milly Masala
10-12 g cumin powder
2-3 chopped green chillies
3-4 medium/small chopped onions
20-25 g chopped garlic
10 g cumin seeds
40-50 g oil
Salt to taste

Method:
Fry chopped garlic, onions and chillies in a pan after ensuring the oil is heated by popping cumin seeds till they crackle. Mix spices and fry it for a while adding chopped tomatoes, salt till the time tomatoes become tender. Add capsicum, paneer and corn and cook well. Later add fresh cream and coriander leaves. It tastes best with hot rotis or phulkas.

Preparation Time: 20-30 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves: 2-3
