Crispy Chicken Roll

Crispy Chicken Roll

Ingredients:

500-600 g chicken, cooked and cut in small pieces
30-40 g chopped onions
30-40 g chopped chillies
30-40 g chopped bell pepper
30-40 g chopped capsicum
20 g chopped garlic
20 g Gavran / Chilly Milly Masala
5 g Garam Masala
20-30 ml of coconut milk
7-8 bread slices
50-60 ml refined oil
Salt to taste

Method:

Fry chopped garlic, onions and chillies in a pan. Add chopped peppers, capsicum and cooked chicken pieces and toss them for a while. Mix in the Gavran / Chilly Milly Masala (depending on your spiciness quotient) and coconut milk to make a creamy and spicy mixture.
Put the spicy chicken mixture in the soaked slices of bread drained from excess water and roll it in your palm. Deep fry the chicken roll till it turns golden brown. Slice the roll in to half and serve hot with hot and sweet tomato sauce or ketchup/chutney

Preparation Time: 30-40 mins
Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Serves: 2
